Proceeding from its noble vision and objectives in distributing knowledge, cultural and scientific awareness in the society via its scientific departments which are fully equipped with distinguished faculty members who hove various specializations and academic qualifications that are compatible with the recent updates, the university has contributed in community service and human power development through offering many programs, educational and scientific services, training, researches, and consultation. All offered to both the private and public sectors and represented by: Deanships of Community Service and Continuing Education and the Center for research and consulting. This is deeply rooted in its belief in the role of the University and its importance as a scientific and educational institution.

     Due to the activity expansion at the University in the above areas, the resolution no. 12365/Q has been issued by his excellency the President dated 21/9/1424 to approve  the financial aid at the university. It has included the establishment of the General Administration of Financial Aid which is concerned with all financial matters for the sectors involved in the program, and the appropriate regulation and follow-up mechanism thereof to allow time and opportunity for the sectors involved to focus their efforts on the development of new academic programs and centers of development as well as the coordination of its services in accordance with the University's aspirations and objectives.
